APPARTAMENTO Nel nostro appartamento è vietato fumare e non sono ammessi animali. Tutto è ordinato e sistemato con cura per offrirvi un soggiorno rilassante, all’insegna del benessere e della tranquillità. Vi invitiamo a rispettare l’appartamento e a trattarlo con attenzione.
LETTO E LENZUOLA L’appartamento include un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello (lenzuola e asciugamani non inclusi. Se necessari, comunicatecelo; il costo è di 20,00 Euro a persona a settimana, pagabile direttamente al fornitore). Per motivi igienici, è vietato usare i letti senza lenzuola o rimuovere i coprimaterasso, sostituiti prima di ogni ingresso.
ARIA CONDIZIONATA Il nostro appartamento dispone di aria condizionata. I filtri vengono regolarmente puliti e sanificati per un ambiente salubre e confortevole. Per attivare la modalità freddo, selezionate il simbolo della “neve” sul telecomando. Potete anche utilizzare la pala a soffitto o aprire le persiane per una ventilazione naturale. Quando lasciate l’appartamento, spegnete il condizionatore per risparmiare energia.
TELECOMANDI I telecomandi di condizionatore e TV sono sulla cassettiera sotto la TV. Vi preghiamo di rimetterli al loro posto alla partenza. Per i programmi in italiano, premete “FAV” sul telecomando.
CUCINA La cucina dispone di un ampio frigorifero con freezer, microonde, piano cottura e lavello a doppia vasca. Sono inclusi pentole, bicchieri, tazze, posate e piatti. Per motivi igienici, non è fornito lo strofinaccio per asciugare i piatti (consigliamo di portarlo da casa).
RACCOMANDAZIONI PER LA CUCINA Evitate di posizionare pentole calde sul top della cucina o sui tavoli per prevenire danni alle superfici.
RACCOMANDAZIONI PER RIFIUTI Il Residence è immerso nel verde. Prestare attenzione alla pulizia di piano cottura, piatti, pentole e altri utensili per evitare di attirare insetti. Svuotare la pattumiera ogni giorno nei cassonetti di raccolta differenziata vicino all’ingresso del Residence. È vietato lasciare pattumiera o residui di cibo nell’appartamento alla partenza.
GAS Il gas proviene da una bombola sul terrazzo. Se il gas finisce o avete bisogno, chiamate il 3383847976.
FERRO DA STIRO Utilizzate sempre l’asse da stiro fornita nell’armadio quando usate il ferro da stiro.
BAGNO Il bagno include lavello, bidet, wc, doccia, Phon e lavatrice con lavaggio rapido di 14 minuti (istruzioni online). L’acqua calda proviene da uno scaldabagno elettrico di ultima generazione.
AREA ESTERNA L’area per colazione, pranzo, cena e dopo cena è sul terrazzo con vista mare. All’interno, nella cucina, c’è un tavolo pieghevole per 4 persone.
RACCOMANDAZIONI PER DIVANO ESTERNO Sul terrazzo c’è un divano a tre posti con cuscini. Di notte, a causa dell’umidità marina, portate sempre all’interno i cuscini per evitare che si bagnino e diventino inutilizzabili e maleodoranti. Tavolo, sedie e divano (senza cuscini) possono restare fuori.
TENDA DA SOLE La tenda elettrica si aziona premendo il pulsante vicino alla porta-finestra. Premendolo una volta, la tenda si apre completamente. Per fermare l’apertura, premere di nuovo il pulsante. Premendo nuovamente il pulsante, la tenda si chiude automaticamente.
RACCOMANDAZIONI PER LA TENDA: La tenda residenziale ha un blocco automatico per evitare surriscaldamenti del motore dopo vari movimenti. Usate l’automatismo solo quando necessario. In Sardegna, il vento è imprevedibile, quindi chiudete sempre la tenda quando non serve, non siete in casa o di notte per evitare danni e addebiti. Non aprite la tenda con forte vento o pioggia, poiché l’acqua la appesantisce e può piegare la struttura. Assicuratevi che le persiane esterne siano completamente chiuse o aperte prima di azionare la tenda. Seguendo queste semplici regole, manterrete l’impianto in buone condizioni.
LUCI ESTERNE BALCONE Le luci del terrazzo sono controllate da interruttori vicino al comando della tenda esterna, accanto alla porta finestra. Un interruttore gestisce la lampada a LED sul muro esterno. Un altro interruttore attiva i LED sopra e sotto l’installazione in BAMBOO, creando un’atmosfera serale rilassante. Le luci LED sul lato opposto del Bamboo sono controllate da un interruttore vicino al quadro elettrico.
LUCE ESTERNA INGRESSO La luce esterna sopra la porta d’ingresso si accende col pulsante I/O sotto il letto a castello.
RACCOMANDAZIONI PER LE LUCI ESTERNE Prima di dormire o uscire, spegnete le luci esterne del balcone e chiudete la tenda per non disturbare i vicini.
SPIAGGIA DEL RESIDENCE (Salvo modifiche normative) La spiaggia del Free Beach Residence è riservata agli ospiti dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre. Gli ombrelloni non sono assegnati e l’uso è libero. Le prime file sono le più richieste.
LETTINI MARE Le sdraio/lettini mare numero 945 sono presso la rastrelliera vicino all’accesso alla spiaggia. La chiave del lucchetto è nel mazzo di chiavi fornito al check-in. Dopo l’uso, riponetele nella rastrelliera (possibilmente nello stesso posto e lasciate la catenella legata durante il giorno). A fine soggiorno, legatele come trovate. Se spostate, inviate una foto via WhatsApp per identificare la nuova posizione.
OMBRELLONE PER ESCURSIONI Un ombrellone è disponibile vicino al frigorifero nell’appartamento. In caso di danni causati da voi, segnalateli subito e sostituite l’attrezzatura prima di partire.
POSTO AUTO Il nostro posto auto si trova nell’area parcheggio del residence, identificato con il numero 945. Non utilizzare altri parcheggi perché appartengono ad altri proprietari. L’accesso al parcheggio è tramite il cancello sul retro del residence, che si apre con il telecomando fornito al check-in (lo stesso che apre il cancello principale del residence). All’arrivo e alla partenza, potete entrare con l’auto nell’area del residence per scaricare i bagagli. Dopo il carico/scarico, l’auto deve essere rimossa poiché non è consentita la presenza e circolazione di veicoli nell’area.
PARTENZA Il Check-out deve avvenire entro le 9:00 per consentire le pulizie finali. Vi preghiamo di rimuovere il cibo dal frigo e congelatore, piegare i copriletto, posizionare i cuscini del divano sul letto a castello, chiudere tenda e finestre, e svuotare la pattumiera nei cassonetti condominiali. Le chiavi vanno consegnate alla persona che vi ha accolto al Check-in (contattatela il giorno prima della partenza per definire orari e modalità). Vi invitiamo a trattare l’appartamento con rispetto. Dear guests, Thank you for choosing our apartment at the Free Beach Residence in Costa Rei for your holiday. Here are some tips for a wonderful stay.
PROPERTY CARE Our apartment is meticulously tidy and arranged to ensure a fantastic, relaxing, and tranquil stay. Please respect and treat the apartment with care.
BED AND LINENS The apartment features a double bed and a bunk bed. Sheets and towels are not included. If needed, inform us in advance and pay the supplier directly (Euro 20.00 per person per week). For hygiene reasons, do not use beds without sheets or remove mattress covers, which are replaced before each stay.
AIR CONDITIONING The apartment has air conditioning with regularly cleaned and sanitized filters. Use the “snow” symbol for cold mode. Alternatively, use the ceiling fan or entrance shutter with the terrace window shutter for natural ventilation. Always turn off the air conditioner when leaving the apartment.
REMOTE CONTROLS The air conditioner and TV remotes are in the chest of drawers. Please return them to the same spot when you leave.
KITCHEN The kitchen includes a large fridge with freezer, microwave, double sink, and hob. It is equipped with pots, glasses, cups, cutlery, and plates. We recommend bringing your own kitchen towel for dish drying due to hygiene reasons.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE KITCHEN Please avoid placing hot pans on the kitchen top or tables to prevent surface damage.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WASTE The Residence is surrounded by greenery, so please keep the hob, plates, pots, and other items clean to avoid attracting insects. Empty the dustbin daily into the designated waste collection bins near the Residence entrance. Leaving rubbish or food residues in the apartment upon departure is strictly prohibited.
GAS The gas comes from a cylinder on the terrace. If you run out of gas or need assistance, call +39 3383847976
IRON When using an iron, always utilize the designated ironing board within the wardrobe.
BATHROOM The bathroom features a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, hairdryer, and a washing machine with a 14-minute quick wash (instructions online). Hot water comes from a modern electric water heater.
OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and after-dinner drinks on the terrace with a sea view. Inside, a folding console table in the kitchen seats 4 people.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OUTDOOR SOFA The terrace features a three-seater sofa with specific cushions. Due to nighttime humidity from the nearby sea, always bring the sofa cushions inside at night. This prevents them from getting wet and developing a bad smell, ensuring they remain usable. The table, chairs, and sofa (without cushions) can stay outside.
AWNING The electric sun protection awning is easy to use. Press the button inside next to the French window door. Press once to open fully. To adjust the extension, press again to stop. Press again to close.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE AWNING: This awning is for residential use and features an automatic block to prevent motor overheating. Use the automation appropriately. In Sardinia, the wind is unpredictable, so to avoid damage and related costs (there have been cases where wind damaged awnings and tenants were charged), the awning MUST be closed when not in use, when you are not in the apartment, or at NIGHT. Do not open the awning during strong winds or rain (water can weigh down and bend the supporting structure). Ensure external shutter doors are fully closed or open before operating the awning to prevent interference. Following these guidelines will help avoid issues and maintain the system.
EXTERNAL BALCONY LIGHTS Terrace lights are controlled by switches near the awning control by the French window. One switch controls the bright LED lamp on the external wall. Another switch activates LEDs above and below the BAMBOO installation, creating an ideal evening atmosphere. LEDs on the opposite side of the Bamboo wall are controlled by a switch near the electrical panel.
RESIDENCE BEACH The beach in front of Free Beach Residence is exclusive to guests from 15 June to 15 September. Rules: one umbrella per apartment, avoid occupying an umbrella if not in use. When the lifeguard arrives in the morning, you must be present on the beach. Umbrellas are not assigned and can be used by anyone. The first rows are the most popular.
BEACH SUNBEDS The beach loungers numbered 945 are tied to the rack near the beach access. The padlock key is included in your check-in key set. At the end of the day, return the loungers to the rack, leaving the chain tied to prevent others from using the space. At the end of your stay, secure the loungers together as found. If you move them to the rack, send a photo via WhatsApp showing their placement.
UMBRELLA FOR EXCURSIONS There is an umbrella in the apartment (next to the refrigerator). If it gets damaged, report it immediately and arrange replacement before departure.
PARKING SPACE Our designated parking space, number 945, is in the connected parking area. Please avoid using other spots as they belong to others. Access the car park through the back gate, opened with a remote control provided at check-in. You may drive into the Residence area to unload luggage upon arrival. After unloading, cars must be removed since vehicle presence and circulation are not allowed within the area.
DEPARTURE Check-out is at 9:00 am for final cleaning. Please remove leftover food, fold the bedspreads, place sofa cushions on the bunk bed, close the curtain and windows, and empty the rubbish bin into the condominium bins. Return the keys to the person who checked you in (contact us the day before departure to arrange the details). We ask you to treat our apartment with respect. We hope you create unforgettable memories here.
