overlooking the sea.

Free Beach Residence unfolds in a natural amphitheatre along the Costa Rei hillside: Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the apartments all the way to the beach, where green gardens meet the colours of the sea.

The homes are privately owned and connected by paths and stairs. Stella Beach House is here, with its private entrance and sea-view terrace: the freedom of your own place amid Sardinia’s scenery.

SHARED SPACES

The pleasure of walking
between greenery and the sea.

The complex is fenced, with access reserved for guests. Private paths cross the green spaces, connecting the homes to the entrance and directly to the beach: a stroll through the gardens and you’re by the sea.

Regular car traffic is not permitted inside the complex, so daily journeys are made on foot. The main route may be used for loading and unloading luggage, in accordance with the residence rules.

Sunrise over the sea, colours changing throughout the day and the peace of returning to an independent apartment. These little moments made us fall in love with this place.

The residence is a base for enjoying Costa Rei at your own pace: a day on the sand, a walk and an evening on the Stella Beach House terrace.

Our reserved parking space is in a fenced area behind the residence, connected by a pedestrian passage.

Nearby shops

Near the entrance, grocery shops, cafés, restaurants and pizzerias are within walking distance.

A residence of private homes

Free Beach Residence is separate from the neighbouring Free Beach Club. It does not provide holiday village services such as entertainment or on-site dining.
